- All dates listed are confirmed and scheduled.

- All students are required to attend all rehearsals and performances.

- Any excused absence must be first cleared by Mr. Parker.

- Any unexcused absence from a rehearsal or performance will be reflected in the student’s grade (See grading policy ), and will further impact the student’s future involvement in the Coweta Bands.

- If a student is sick, I will require a call before 7:00am by the parent or guardian explaining the nature of the unexpected absence.  No exceptions.
